Why Judi's Experience, Strength, and Hope as your guide?
Judi worked 10-15 hours a day at her Wall Street day job, making half as much as other Financial Advisors, plus as a part-time bookkeeper. She also founded her first community nonprofit.
Eventually, Judi got very sick, unable to walk or eat solid foods. It was her Dark Night of the Soul and 5 stages of grief from the loss of her health, job, career aspirations, and other secondary losses.
Visiting 10+ ologists, she exhausted all Western healing methods, but refused to give up on walking and eating.
As a former rational agnostic atheist, she started exploring Eastern alternative medicine and spirituality for a cure…
When she could walk and eat again, she prayed on the beach for her next steps and received a call to start an Asian women’s leadership program. Already 3 previous directors quit due to the political infighting with the national administration, senior advisors, and Board of Directors.
With a few months to launch in Denver, CO, Judi worked with the senior advisor leaders, but the members weren’t eager to participate. With member feedback, Judi recruited an international leadership team, crafted a vision, and revolutionized the program from the bottom up to relaunch in San Franscisco, CA.
Ms. Alloway landed the highest organizational sponsor, Macy’s. She and her team strategized to heal the revenue mistrust and conflict between national and local chapters. They created and implemented grant programs to local chapters.
Judi wrote curriculum, organized trainings, and spoke at regional Diversity Leadership Conferences to promote the everyday Asian woman leader from Seattle to Boston.
Decades later, Judi teaches, shares, encapsulates, and systemizes her business startup, leadership knowledge as a former startup founder, Wall Street financial advisor, nonprofit leader, and internationally recognized diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging leadership expert plus her spiritual experiences in our Chief Strat Officer.
